The ā€œBalance Your Emotionsā€ module will guide you to effectively manage and understand emotions like anger, sadness, frustration, and others that people naturally experience. We will start connecting with happy moments in your early childhood, learning and practicing the techniques, so you can trust the process and practices.

ā€‹

Emotions are intertwined like a chain: Iā€™m specialized identifying and guiding my clients to connect and process emotions from the core. Early in the process, my clients perceive positive changes in how they feel and act in situations they couldnā€™t manage before.

 

After completing this module, they feel more secure and positive towards everyday life. ā€œBalance Your Emotionsā€ is a powerful process, full of deep understandings that will help you to experience life in a whole new way. ā€œBalance your Emotionsā€ sets the foundation for the other modules.

 

This module consists of 8 coaching sessions, sessions 1-4 are 90 minutes and sessions 5-8 are 60 minutes.

(60% sub-conscious work / 40% coaching)
