The “Train your mind to work for you, not against you. Anxiety go away!” module, is for you to practice being present. At this level, you are learning a new set of tools, to re-train your way of thinking and being. You will be doing sessions with me, plus practicing at home, at work or wherever you are, with easy but specific practices to re-program your mind, and maintain the positive changes you experienced through Module I & II "360 Liberation Process" in conscious and sub-conscious level.

Why do people experience anxiety? There are different types of anxiety, but all of them come from the mind trying to control situations and projecting worst-case scenarios from the past into the future, to “protect us from suffering". People that experience anxiety, learned from what they experienced… to be hyper vigilant at a very young age, practicing this way of thinking naturally, almost through all their life. 

 

If you are suffering with anxiety, I have good news for you… you are not your current pattern of anxiety! You see, our mind holds, and returns to unresolved issues, so if you resolve and process them, the mind stays more in the present. 

 

Also you will be able to focus in what you want, enjoy more your present, and move forward to a beautiful future. The opportunity is presented. Happiness can be trained! (40% subconscious work /60% practice)

*All Modules can be done individually. However, every client would start with Module I and graduate from there and afterwards do Module II and III
